We welcomed 2026 in Athens! What a fun time!

The new year can bring so much hope and so much promise. This year, I'm letting go of the need to run full speed ahead on goals and resolutions, but focusing on small behavioral changes that are more sustainable.

One of my favorite things to do is to take on some personal projects to help me get out of my comfort zone and get off the autopilot routine. These are short monthly projects that are easy to take on and don't require a lot of commitment.
