6 Monthly Challenges for 2025 | Declutter, Detox, and Save More!

It's mid-January and if you are like me and have not started on your New Year’s resolutions, don't worry, I've got you covered.

Instead of making one big resolution, try breaking it into smaller, monthly challenges for lasting results! A few years ago, I found that monthly challenges allowed me to make changes quickly. A month is short enough for where I won't get bored with some new habits, but long enough for some new habits to take hold.

In this video, we’ll explore:

✔️ Decluttering your space and mind

✔️ Going on a no-spend month

✔️ Embracing a zero-waste lifestyle

✔️ Kicking off a sugar detox

✔️ Taking a digital detox

✔️ Trying Project 333 for a minimalist wardrobe

Whether you want to save money, reduce stress, or adopt a more intentional lifestyle, these challenges can help you make progress.

I've documented some of my monthly challenges, head to thedosomethingproject.net for inspiration.
